Fullfillment: In most cases we try to fulfill your order within 24-48 hours. All orders are fulfilled within 96 hours. This timeframe includes time to pick, pack, and ship your order and only includes business hours Monday-Friday.

Please contact us via brickowl messaging if you need your order expedited. 

Minimum Purchase: None.

Insufficient Stock: We strive to maintain an accurate inventory and to completely fill all orders. We reserve the right to issue either a credit or a partial refund in rare cases where we have insufficient inventory to completely fill an order.

Sales Tax: Orders shipped to Wisconsin (USA) will be charged a state sales tax of 5.5%.

Order Discrepancies: If you notice a discrepancy with an order upon receiving it, contact us and we will either issue a partial refund or send out any substitute/replacement pieces immediately.

Part Condition: New parts are taken directly from sealed sets and sorted into storage bags/bins, and are only exposed to minimal handling.

Feedback: Please contact us in the event of any issue before leaving neutral or negative feedback to allow us the opportunity to work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Customs Valuation: We accurately represent order contents and values on international customs forms.
